I was here. awesome show. I'm a weather report freak, so I just loved let it grow in the 2nd set.

I don't want to download because it sounds terribly muffled.
show is definately a 4 maybe more, but sound is a 1.

Subject: good show, quality is somewhat muffled
This was definitely a fine show and performance by the band. I, too, was at this show.
The quality of the recording is more muffled than many others I've found on this wonderful sight. Perhaps there is a better version floating around here? I give it 3 stars based on the recording quality - the show itself a 4.

Subject: Let it Grow!
I was at this show, and the transition into "Let it Grow" is the most outstanding I ever heard live, and one of their best, most inspired ever. I was very fortunate to catch this whole MSG run, and some of the finest performaces I've ever heard out of the band.

Subject: 1st Review?!?
For all the attention that the next night gets (due to the GREAT Dark Star), I amnot surprised this show has not been reviewed yet. This show (IMHO)is much better than 9/20. The first set is top notch for the year. Everything is played with passion, most notably Jack Straw & Big River. And how can you beat a Help/Slip/Frank set closer. As for the 2nd set, Let It Grow & GDTRFB are serious highlights (for the year!!!) Whay these two didn't appear in the 2nd more often with Bruce in the group is beyond me. Definitely worth the D/L. Although this source is good, it gets 4 stars since the "Bertha" mix is much better.
